"I can't login" 

Which Login Credentials Do I Use?

After registering on the BusinessTechSociety.org (BTS) site, you will be emailed two separate login credentials. 

1. BusinessTechSociety.org (This site)

Use the following credentials with the BTS login screen

    • UserID: The email address you used when registering here.

    • Password:  Sent in your BTS welcome email. 

If you can't find the email, check your span/junk folder. 


2. Business Technology Society Learning Portal
Use the BTS Learning Portal login credentials from your email.
    • UserID: A system-generated username (Not your email address)
    • Password:  Also generated by the Learning Portal.
If you can't find the email, check your span/junk folder. 


 Module is already open error message

This issue is created by your adblocker.  You need to disable your adblock program so that it stops interfering with the learning portal communication.

"There is a "X" next to my module instead of a check mark"

This "X" is an indication that you did not reach the end of the lesson (think of it as a bookmark, holding your spot so you can come back).  Please click the green play button for that lesson and continue the lesson until you get to the final slide that instructs you to close the lesson. 

If you already have a green completion check mark, you can either ignore the "X" or click on the "X" and cancel the module.  Your completion check mark will not be lost.

"I've registered and asked for a password reset by nothing is sent to me."

The email from the Learning portal  with your login credentials is probably in your junk Mail folder. Sometimes the school's email system filters it as spam.
